How a BarSetup Station Is Made – From a Steel Sheet to a Complete Cocktail Station

From stainless steel sheet to finished cocktail station — see how each BarSetup unit is handcrafted with precision, passion, and years of bartending experience, entirely made in-house in Romania.

At BarSetup, every cocktail station begins its journey from a simple stainless steel sheet. Behind every product lies precision, craftsmanship, and years of bar experience turned into engineering.

Step by step, this is how it happens:

Materials stocked: We keep large quantities of premium stainless steel sheets (AISI 304 and 430) and all the subcomponents — rinser, screws, consumables, etc. Laser cutting: Our CNC laser cuts each sheet into the exact shapes and sizes needed with micron-level precision. Tube cutting: At the same time, square stainless steel tubes are cut for legs and support frames. Bending: Each piece is then bent perfectly with our CNC press brake for structure and alignment. Welding: The parts are hand-welded by skilled technicians at our two welding stations. Finishing: A dedicated team removes any welding traces, leaving the surface perfectly smooth. Inspection: Each product is checked for alignment, stability, and finish. Packaging: Carefully wrapped to protect the polished surfaces. Shipping: Sent anywhere in Europe through our trusted delivery partners. Final step: The best part — receiving feedback, photos, and videos from happy customers enjoying their new BarSetup station.

All these steps apply to our standard models, but when we design a custom solution, the process starts with planning, testing, and optimization — just like a bartender fine-tuning the perfect cocktail.
